Chef Geno will prepare a four course dinner, incorporating dishes from across his native Mexico. The meal will begin with appetizers to be served promptly at 7:30pm/9:00pm to be followed by a soup course. After warming up with soups, you’ll be treated to an entrée consisting of a chef’s selection of two half portions drawn from our menu. The dinner will be concluded by a dessert course.
A chef selected bottle of red wine or a carafe of margaritas will be included for every two diners. Soft drinks will be available for all diners on the house.
All guests will be seated together at a single table with Chef Geno dining with you at the table’s head. As each course arrives, Geno will discuss the menu items being served—their traditional roots and his unique interpretation of them—as well as the history of the Day of the Dead.
